I'm based between the West Midlands in the UK and Bali, but House of Bloom works with clients both in the UK and internationally.

Because everything I do is digital, I can work with individuals and businesses wherever they are - whether you're a UK-based business, an international brand or building your business from somewhere else in the world.

All communication, project management and collaboration can be handled remotely, so location doesn't limit what we can build together.

I work across a wide range of digital projects, including websites, landing pages, sales funnels, online stores, branding and digital design, email marketing, CRM systems and automation.

Not necessarily.

If you already have your branding, imagery and copy ready to go, that's great and I can work with what you have.

If your copy needs refining or you need help bringing your visual identity together, I can also help with this as part of your project.

We'll establish exactly what's needed before we begin so there are no surprises later.

I work across a range of platforms and will recommend the one that makes the most sense for your project, rather than trying to make every business use the same system.

Depending on what you're building, this can include platforms such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, and other website, funnel, e-commerce and marketing platforms.

If you're already using a platform you love, we can also work with your existing setup where possible.

For most projects, yes. You'll generally need your own account and subscription for whichever platform your website, funnel, store or digital system is built on.

If you're not sure which platform is right for you, don't worry. I'll help you work that out before you commit to anything, so you aren't paying for software you don't actually need.

Your software subscriptions are separate from my project fees.

Every project is different, so I don't believe in giving you a generic price without understanding what you're actually looking for.

Once we've discussed your requirements, I'll provide a clear proposal outlining exactly what's included and the total project investment.

For most projects, I work on a fixed-project basis, so you'll know what you're paying for before we begin.

If you have a specific budget in mind, you're welcome to tell me upfront and I'll let you know what we can realistically achieve within it.

Yes.

While most larger builds are quoted as fixed projects, I can also offer hourly support or smaller blocks of work where that's more appropriate.

This can be useful if you need help making updates to an existing website, troubleshooting a system, making design changes or getting support with your digital setup.

It depends on what we're building and how quickly content, feedback and approvals are provided.

As a general guide, a straightforward landing page or smaller website project may take around 1–2 weeks, while a larger website, sales funnel, online store or more complex automated system may take 3–4+ weeks.

I'll give you a more accurate timeframe once I understand the scope of your project.

If you have a specific launch date you're working towards, let me know when you enquire and I'll do my best to work with your timeline.

That depends on you.

I'll need your input on things like your business, audience, offer, branding and preferences because nobody knows your business better than you do.

But you don't need to manage the technical side of the project.

I'll take care of the building, setup and implementation, while keeping you updated throughout the process so you always know what's happening.

Yes. Where the platform allows it, I'll build your website or digital system so that you can make your own basic updates once the project is complete.

I'll also make sure you understand how to use the relevant parts of your new system.

If you'd rather leave the updates to me, ongoing support can be arranged too.

Yes.

Getting your website, funnel or system live doesn't necessarily mean we're done forever.

If you'd like ongoing support, updates, troubleshooting, additional pages, new funnels, email campaigns or further automation, we can discuss a support arrangement that works for you.

Absolutely.

You don't always need to start again from scratch.

If your existing website, funnel, CRM or automation system has a solid foundation, I can work with what's already there and improve, rebuild or expand it where appropriate.

I'll be honest with you if I think starting fresh would be a better use of your time and money.

We'll start with a conversation about your project.

I'll find out what you're trying to achieve, what you already have in place and where you're currently getting stuck.

From there, I'll recommend the best approach, outline what's involved and provide a clear proposal for you to review.

There's no pressure to go ahead - if we're a good fit, we'll agree the scope, timeline and next steps before work begins.
