A space for pet loss, grief, and healing

Remembering Otis is here to

support you, with love.

Losing your pet isn’t something small. It isn’t “just a pet.” It’s a real loss - and for many of us, one of the deepest we’ll ever feel.

You might feel heartbroken, lost, or completely overwhelmed.

And you might feel like no one truly understands.

This space exists so you don’t have to carry that alone.

A place to feel seen, heard, and understood - through shared experiences and guidance from my own grief journey with Otis.

We all grieve differently, there is no right way - and it may cause a knock on effect with how you show up as a person.

As someone slightly different. And that's ok.

Take what you need, at your own pace.

You’re not alone in this.

Love, Meg xo

Why I created Remembering Otis

Otis wasn’t just my dog. He was my comfort, my routine, my safe place, my hub.

Losing him changed me in ways I wasn’t prepared for. And one of the hardest parts… was feeling like the world didn’t understand that kind of grief.

So I created this space.

Not because I have all the answers - but because no one should have to feel alone in this.

If you’re here, you might be…

Feeling like apart of your life is suddenly missing

Replaying memories over and over

Struggling with how empty everything feels without them

Feeling guilty, lost, or overwhelmed

Wondering why it still hurts this much

Feeling like no one around you truly understands

This isn’t a place to “move on” quickly.

Or to be told how you should feel.

My hope is for this to be a space to:

- Sit with your grief
- Understand what you’re feeling
- Find small moments of comfort
- And feel less alone in it all
